Seafood boils are an easy party in a pot!
INGREDIENTS:
18 Small red potatoes
12 medium white onions, whole, but peeled
12 ears corn 3 inch long
2-3 lbs. raw shrimp in the shell (or crawfish, crab, scallops, etc.)
1# andouille or smoked sausage
1 Pkg Smoke on the Bayou Seafood Boil
DIRECTIONS: Fill a large pot with 1 gallon water, 3 Tbs salt and bring to boil. Dump in package of Smoke on the Bayou Seafood Boil and add potatoes. Boil 6 minutes, then add onions. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes, then add corn. Boil for 12 minutes, add shrimp and boil for 2-3 minutes depending on size of shrimp. Remove from heat and drain off liquid. Cover table with layers of newspaper. Dump entire pot, gather guests and enjoy the party feast. Delicious smokey flavor. When done, store leftovers (if any), wrap up newspapers and throw it away. Easy Peasy!!
