Delivery Prices and Policy

We are currently only making local deliveries. This means we are not shipping items via UPS, FedEx, USPS etc.  

For the most accurate and up to date delivery fees, put your address in your order.

Feed Orders:  Pickup orders received by midnight Tuesdays will be ready for pickup at 11 am Friday morning.  Delivery orders received by midnight Tuesdays will be delivered on or before the following Monday.  We go to the feed mill every Thursday afternoon. 

If there is an issue with any items received you must notify us within 24 business hours.  Please note that deliveries during the warmer months will be done in the evenings.  Feed will not be delivered in the rain.  If you need to make special arrangements for delivery please notify us at deliveries@northwoodsurbanfarm.com after placing your order.  We are not responsible for spoilage or damage of items left in the elements (heat, rain, etc.).  Please plan accordingly to ensure your items are brought indoors as quickly as possible.
