Strawberries & Honeysuckle normally bloom around the same time. Their nectars combine to make our spring White honey. In 2023, the Strawberries bloomed prior to the Honeysuckle. Then the Honeysuckle bloomed after the Strawberries had finished. This allowed us to have both of these honeys instead of the combined spring White honey we typically see every year.
